I've yet to be proficient in time management. If I had, I would be getting more sleep. It's been a nightmare (though not literally because technically you cannot have nightmares if you are not sleeping). I do think my cold is stress-induced, staying up until all hours into the night, on the go the next day. My resistance to the common cold has broken down apparently. I've also been having difficulty adjusting my body clock to sleep like a normal person.
With that said, I think I'll go and fix myself a cup of warm milk and honey.
